Discover the Benefits of a Garage Heater

We all know the terrible feeling of leaving the warmth of your home and entering a freezing car throughout cold winters. With a garage heater from Brogan Heating & AC Inc in Rochester, you won’t have to experience this anymore. Garage heaters also help eliminate cold starts and keep your vehicle in good condition year round. They can open up your garage for hobbies you’d only be able to do when the weather’s nice. Besides all those benefits, this equipment can make garages a safe spot for animals to stay in the winter, instead of being stuck in the cold weather outside. Now that’s a great deal.

LF24 and T-Class™ TUA Separated Combustion Garage Heaters
As everyone’s needs differ, we carry two garage heater products – the LF24 and the T-Class™ TUA – in a variety of sizes and capacities. The systems range from 30,000 to 75,000 Btuh in heating capacity, yet all models are designed with a low-profile cabinet to enable more overhead space and flexibility during the installation.
Installation is simple since the equipment arrives completely assembled and wired. If you’d like, a separate combustion heater can be added for hard-to-heat spaces where lots of dust, dirty or humidity is a problem. Other product features include:

  • Aluminized, tubular heat exchanger for exceptional heat transfer and durability
  • Direct-spark ignition to improve operation efficiency
  • Self-diagnostic board with LED display for better troubleshooting accuracy
  • Single-piece burner assembly for fast maintenance
  • Sidewall venting to eliminate roof penetrations
